HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
This app is a simple tool for you to set up your interval training.
You can specify the number of rounds, the time of the high interval and the time of the pause in-between.
When the high interval is running there is a sound indicating this. In the pause there is no sound.
On the second page in the app, you can read about Hiit and NEAT. Two very important training-concepts and ways of living, that can give your body and mind new strength and help you loose weight.
